Welcome to Time Out psychotherapy – time out for yourself.
Do you feel alone, lost, confused, depressed, anxious, trapped, misunderstood and confused? We all struggle at times – this is normal but you don’t have manage on your own. I offer counselling sessions from my home using a separate ‘therapy shed’ in the courtyard.
This provides us with a completely confidential space that is dedicated to inner journeying, relationship building and adventure – a space to talk about yourself, your life, where you can explore anything that may be painful, confusing or uncomfortable and begin to live more fully.
